Legal entities and natural persons  can buy and sell property in Ukraine. This right has citizens of Ukraine, foreigners and stateless persons. The exception for foreigners and stateless persons is the possibility to buy agricultural land, but they have the same rights as the citizens of Ukraine have with regard to houses, apartments and other property.
Property’s agreements must be concluded only in writing form, to be  notary certified  and then registered according to local rules.
